Fungal species

In the framework of several international genome sequencing projects, we have analyzed the transposable element (TE) content of several fungal genomes using the REPET package.

Leptosphaeria species complex

In the frame of the FungIsochores ANR project, the Transposable Elements of several Leptosphaeria species were annotated with the REPET package.
