Databanks are flat files containing biological sequences, usually in fasta format. They can be used raw, searched with blast or processed with other software such as clustalw, EMBOSS, etc...

Run blast Public access on public databanks .

Or run private blast Registered access on registered access databanks .

Types of databanks :

N: nucleic sequences
P: proteic sequences
