A training session will be held at URGI the 11th of June, in the frame of the URGI platform Plant and Fungi call of proposal. Participants will be trained in the use of URGI computational resources.

Previsional programme:

  • server room 
  • infrastructure overview
  • simple job submission
  • sge ressources
  • job array

Duration: half day AM: 9:30-12:30
