A training session will be held at BIOGER the 28th of April, in the frame of the URGI platform Plant and Fungi call of proposal. Participants will be trained in the use of URGI computational resources.

Previsional programme:

  • basic UNIX commands
  • simple job submission
  • sge ressources

Duration: half day PM: 14:00-16:30
