URGI is pleased to welcome Wiem Ben Amara for 3 months, as visiting academic (PhD Student) from Tunis El Manar University.
In the frame of her PhD, entitled "Study of transposable elements of Mayetiola destructor and Mayetiola hordei with experimental and bioinformatics approaches", Wiem will use the URGI computing resources to annotate the TEs of Mayetiola species with  REPET .
