First session for advanced users (informaticians or bioinformaticians), on the use of Talend Open Studio software, an open source data integration solution and an ETL framework (Extract Transformation Load).

  • The progam is customized to the specific needs of URGI and is done by Talend.

    • Debugging, deployment and optimization on demo jobs
