A training session will be held at URGI the 21st of November, in the frame of the URGI platform Plant and Fungi call of proposal. Participants will be trained in the use of URGI computational resources.

  • server room 
  • infrastructure overview
  • simple job submission
  • sge ressources
  • job array

Duration: half day AM: 9:00-12:30
