GnpIS version 16.2 is available
Major news include:
- New single interface to query polymorphism and genotyping data .
- First version of the Wheat INRA Phenotype Ontology (WIPO) following the Crop Ontology recommendations.
- New tool (swagger) to display GnpIS web services .
- All the wheat and barley genetic resources are up-to-date including photos and geolocation (example here ).
- New Poplar genetic resources are available:131 new poplar accessions ( cultivars and reference clones ).
- New Botrytis cinerea transposable elements are integrated in RepetDB .
- Improve genomic data accessibility by indexing JBrowse in URGI , WheatIS and transPLANT search tools.
