  • Because, the loci are projected on the REFMAP and their confidence interval is lost.
  • How QTL are projected?
  • At this time, the QTL are projected on reference maps (REFMAP for the maize), with a tool developped by A. Arcade.
    The projection can be made only if there is at least 2 common loci between the QTL map and the reference .
  • On "QTL results" page, what is "Link to Loci" and "Link to Loci Large" ?
    • The "Link to Loci" case contain a link to display the loci whose absolute distance in the QTL confidence interval.
    • The "Link to Loci Large" contain a link to display the loci whose confidence interval overlap the QTL confidence interval.
      If the loci don 't have such confidence interval, it's their absolute distance which is used.
  • On "Loci results" page, what is "Link to QTL" and "Link to QTL Large" ?
    • The "Link to QTL" case contain a link to display the QTLs whose the absolute distance of the loci in their confidence interval.
    • The "Link to QTL Large" case contain a link to display QTLs whose the confidence interval of the loci overlap their confidence interval.
