Annotation jamboree at URGI Versailles center : 16th, 17th and 18th May 2011

Three days on the Apollo tool for the TransNet project: annotation of the Arabis alpina genome.

The aim is to provide a manually curated set of genes of the Arabis alpina genome. This set will be used as a training set for an annotation tool like Augustus or EuGene.

We present the Apollo tool and discuss good practices of annotation.
