We offers bioinformatics services related to transposable element annotation: 

• These include a high-throughput genomic annotation using REPET, one of our key tools. Developed over 20 years ago and widely used, REPET is a reliable pipeline for the detection and annotation of transposable elements in genomic data.

• We provide Virtual Research Environments (VREs) with scalable computational resources for transposable element annotation. These resources are deployed on a virtualised infrastructure to ensure efficient and flexible processing.
