150 accessions of English walnut (Juglans regia L.) coming from INRA Bordeaux Walnut Biological Resource Center are now available in GnpIS-Siregal.

Theses accessions have been phenotyped by INRA of Bordeaux (Toulenne) and two French walnut experimental stations of Creysse and SENuRA, from 1965 to 2016. The ontology is available in GnpIS under the DOI 10.15454/AV5RT2

They have also been genotyped for 13 SSR markers.
