New A. thaliana GBrowse with Deep Repeat Annotation
This new genome browser was generated in the framework of the tentative comprehensive annotation of repeated and repeat-derived elements in the A. thaliana genome (TAIR10). It contains a series of repeat annotations obtained using different programs including RepeatScout, RepeatModeler, and TEdenovo from the REPET package, as well as annotations obtained using combinatory and innovative approaches. Data from all tracks can be downloaded and we wish that these repeat maps will prove useful for a variety of epigenome and genome evolution studies.
