URGI-Versailles, UMR "Interaction Arbres/Micro-Organismes" - Nancy and UMR BIOGECO - Pierroton organized the 1st Oak Genome Annotation Jamboree at INRA Nancy on Nov 5-7th, 2014 

About 30 attendees were trained to use the tools set up by URGI to curate/validate Quercus robur genes (automatically predicted) to annotate gene families.
