Repeat annotation filtered

Annotation of repeated elements with REPET v2.2. TEannot (search engine=wublast, BLASTER sensitivity=4) launched using repeat library from TEdenovo. SSR and potential host genes were filtered out. Annotations not satisfying the criteria of Identity >75%, and score (length * identity) >150 were filtered out.
