Analysis the binding targets of ERF95 and ERF97 with and without basal heat stress treatment using 7-day-old whole seedlings. Results provide insight into the binding targets of ERF95 and ERF97 before and after basal heat stress treatment, and the common targets between ERF95 and ERF97. Overall design: We performed whole-genome chromatin immunoprecipitation with sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis on 7-day-old Col-0, ERF95ox and ERF97ox seedlings with and without basal heat stress treatment.
