• Description: Ceratodon purpureus GG1 Annotation Transcriptome. Sample originally collected in Gross Gerungs, Austria. Homogenized protonema tissue grown in sterile conditions for 7 days on cellophaned standard BCDA media supplimented with 0.5% glucose in a light box emitting yellow light (600 nm) and intensity of ~50 uMols^-2s^-1 with 18 hr light and 6 h dark at 25 C.
