• Description: RNA sequencing to learn how isoprene affects plant growth and what genes are affected by isoprene in Arabidopsis. Leaf from a rosette at the senecing phase was harvested and flash frozen in liq N2. Plants were grown under a 12 h photoperiod, 23oC daytime and 20oC night time temperature, 110 µmol m-2 s-1 light intensity, in growth chambers.
