Name
Non-target site herbicide resistance is conferred by two distinct mechanisms in blackgrass (Alopecurus myosuroides)
Identifier
dXJuOkVWQS9zdHVkeS9QUkpOQTY4MTgzMg==
Description
Identification of the mechanisms that led to two different subtypes of multiple herbicide resistance in blackgrass using RNA-Seq data. Overall design: Five biological replicates for each population each one of them including 5 plants (7-days old seedlings). One sensitive population (Rothamsted), one population resistant to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl (Fenoxaprop population, FOX) and one population with multiple herbicide resistance to a group (ACCases and pendimethalin herbicides; Pendimethalin population, PEN)
