Description
We report the nitrate-dependent regulation of gene-expression that resulted in the late flowering phenotype. This work studies the impact of NRT1.13 in the nitrate-dependent control of flowering. Overall design: Wild type and nrt1.13 were grown in hydroponic medium with 2 (normal) or 0.2 (low) mM potasium nitrate. The shoot were harvested at 16 or 25-day after germination for RNA extraction. Three replicates of samples were analyzed.
