Description
GmJAG1 is a key transcription factor, however how GmJAG1 targeted in soybean genome is still unclear. Using a optimized ChIPmentation method, we successfully identified the GmJAG1 binding sites in soybean. Coupled with ATAC-seq H3K27me3 ChIP-seq data, we found that transcription factor associated these epigenetic marks to regulating gene expression in soybean.
