• Description: We perfomed ChIPseq using anti-GFP antibodies in gTFL1_GFP tfl1-1, gTFL1_GFP fd-1 and controls (nontransgenic plants). We used anti-GUS antibodies for gFD_GUS fd-1. ChIP was conducted on dissected non-bolted inflorescences form 42-day-old short-day-grown Arabidopsis thaliana. Overall design: Identification of binding sites for FD and TFL1 in axillary buds in wildtype Arabidopsis Col-0 short-day grown plants
