Description
This is the first draft of a genome for Kochia scoparia. This assembly was generated for the highly imbred line 7710, maintained at Colorado State University by Dr Phil Westra and Dr. Todd Gaines. The genome was generated using a combination of high coverage (300x) WGS Illumina data and low coverage (12x) WGS PacBio RSII sequence.
