• Description: Plants silenced in argonaute 4 gene and wild type control plants were inoculated with fusarium brachygibbosum spore solution. Total RNA was isolated 12, 24 and 48 hours after treatment. Total RNA from uninoculated plants was isolated at time point 0. Three replica were used for each time point and genotype. Small RNAs were sequenced from all samples.
