Here, we provided a comprehensive transcriptome of F. arundinacea by using isoform sequencing combined with next-generation sequencing , our results contributed a novel, valuable genetic resource for future research in gene discovery and molecular breeding in F. arundinacea., and provide a valuable resource for further study on improving plant stress tolerances and agronomic traits improvement
