• Description: RNA-sequencing was conducted at different stages of fruit development for multiple date palm varieties. The study consists of two experiments. In the first experiment, fruits were sampled to study expression at different stages of fruit development at 15, 45, 75, 105, 120, 135 days post-pollination. In the second experiment, fruits were collected at khalal stage to study expression at this stage. Each experiment included multiple varieties of date palm.
