• Description: The goal of this study was to identify terpene synthases expressed in the floral glandular trichomes of five cannabis cultivars: Lemon Skunk, Chocolope, Afghan Kush, CBD Skunk Haze, and Blue Cheese. Glandular trichomes were isolated from the flowers of thee female clones for each cultivar. Terpene synthase candidates were identified and their expression compared across the samples.
