• Description: In this study, the transcript profiles of Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin in the traditional (Wenzhou) and introduced (Haikou) production areas were investigated using Illumina and RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Changes in the main components of volatile oil terpene, curcumin, polysaccharide, and starch substances of Rhizoma Curcumae, and the related genes in the corresponding pathways of C. wenyujin from these two producing areas, were compared and investigated.
