• Description: To conduct high-throughput sRNA at the two-leaf stage, cotton plants under hydroponic conditions were inoculated with V. dahliae strain V991. The 7- and 10-day post inoculation roots, as well as the mock-treated control, were harvested. Three types of samples were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80°C prior to the RNA isolation for high-throughput small RNA sequencing
