• Description: ‘Zaosu Red’ is a red mutant of ‘Zaosu’ which is a widely cultivated pear cultivar in China. To identify the red peel related genes, the leaves and peels of Zaosu Red, Zaosu, Kuala pear and the F1 plants of Kuala pear × Zaosu Red were collected for whole-genome and transcriptome sequencing by combining bulked segregant analysis in this project.
