• Description: The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate the most enrich pathways respond to low temperature, according to Gene Ontology, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses; 2) to identify low-temperature-induced genes in the Lanzhou lily ; and 3) to explain the physiological changes at transcriptional level. We hypothesized that chilling stress mainly affects gene expression involved in photosynthesis, carbon assimilation and antioxidant pathways at transcriptional level, thus to influence plants’ gowth and development.
