Description
In this paper, two samples of green and purple Xinjiang phthalocyanine were studied at five different developmental stages. Single-molecule real-time (SMRT) sequencing technology was used to obtain transcriptome data of two Xinjiang phthalocyanines for selective splicing events and simple Analysis of sequence repeat (SSR) analysis, coding sequence prediction, transcriptional function annotation, and lncRNA prediction. For the first time, SMRT sequencing was used to analyze Xinjiang phthalocyanine transcriptome data, and compared with the published phthalocyanine transcriptome to see if new genes or transcripts were obtained.
