• Description: This study represents the first global survey of genes involved in flowering-time regulation, which led to the identification of 45 flowering-time-related unigenes. LHY, COL2, COL5, FLC and FT showed differential expression between libraries based on DGE analysis, and their expression was significantly associated with other flowering time-related unigenes. This transcriptome analysis provides valuable information about flowering time genes, which will facilitate further research into floral developmental mechanisms.
