• Description: In this study, PacBio sequencing technology was used to sequence RNA long reads of a pooled set of five tissues, including young leave,old leave,xylem,phloem and root from an adult Pinus elliotti. The short reads of 11 xylem samples obtained by second generation sequencing were used to adjusted the transcripts with low quality obtained by PacBio sequencing.
