Description
Brassica campestris L. is a typical Hyperaccumulator. In this experiment, the hairy root of transgenic rape was used as the experimental material, which could exclude the role of rhizosphere microorganisms and better understand the mechanism of cadmium absorption, tolerance and enrichment only existing in the root. In our project, we sequence 6 samples use Illumina Hiseq platform, and on average we generated about 6.72 Gb bases from each sample. The samples were the treatment group and the control group, with 3 biological duplicates each. Through the analysis of the sequencing results combined with the previously published papers, in order to find the key genes or functional proteins of hairy root cadmium response, provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent transgenic transformation and the construction of practical cadmium super-enriched plants.
