• Description: This project contains raw short-read data from six related EMS-mutagenized Brassica napus plants. N84A01 and N23C2 are two single homozygous mutants (M2) for the A and the C copy of Bna.FANCM, respectively. These two plants were hybridized and the resulting F1 hybrid was selfed to produce a F2 population within which two double A/C fancm mutants (71v and 94v) and two WT FANCM siblings (32v and 81v) were selected. N84A01 and N23C2 were sequenced on the same single lane of an HiSeq® 2000/2500 while 71v, 94v, 32v and 81v were sequenced on a single lane each. Details are provided in Blary et al., (2018).
