• Description: IR 64 is a popular high yielding mega rice variety with high N use efficiency while Nagina 22 is a pre green revolution tall and upland rice cultivar with low N use efficiency. These two varieties were subjected to N stress and also grown in optimal N conditions for 15 days and the root and shoot were subjected to RNA-seq experiment.
