Description
To investigate the molecular mechanism by how diploid and tetraploid cassava cope with cold stress and to provide a comprehensive sequence resource for further molecular genetic research on cassava, we employed RNA-Seq technology and physiological indexes to study the gene expression profiles during cold stress in cassava.
