• Description: Two walnut genomes, Juglans regia Serr and Juglans microcarpa acc. 31.01 were sequenced and assembled by using a combined method of SMRT sequencing and optical mapping technologies. This represents Juglans regia cultivar Serr, the paternal pseudohaplotype. PRJNA529253 represents Juglans regia isolate 31.01, the maternal pseudohaplotype.
