Description
High throughput sequence of Opisthopappus taihangensis to identify drought responsive genes,All materials were stressed under 20% PEG6000 to creat artificial drought conditions for progressive stress,then selected 0h for the control and 3.5h for the treatment with three biological replicates.All materials were send to YIJIYIN for RNA library construction and high-throughput sequencing using Illumina Hi Seq4000 platform.qRT–PCR validation was performed using TaqMan and SYBR Green assays,:llumina was applied to transcriptome sequencing of the leaf samples of Opisthopappus taihangensis under 20%PEG6000 drought stress 0h and 3.5h, and each sample was divided into three biological repeats. In this study, the total length of 123652254bp was detected by Unigene135701, and the corresponding functional annotation information of Unigene was obtained in different databases. Analysis of gene expression levels to readcount data, a total of 14599 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) (Padj) (< 0.05) were observed. Among them, 8467 genes were up-regulated and 6488 genes were down regulated. GO enrichment analysis showed that the metabolic process and cell processes were most abundant in DEGs. KEGG Pathway analysis showed that the number of differentially expressed genes such as plant hormone signal transduction, ABC transport, starch and sucrose metabolism, biosynthesis of flavonoids and arginine and proline metabolism were relatively high
