• Description: Ceratodon purpureus Gene Expression Profiling. Gametophore; isolated from a single spore grown under axenic conditions. Sample originally collected in the Antartic province in Chile. Tissue grown in sterile conditions for 122 days (ample time for gametophore development) on standard BCDA media in growth chamber with 12 hr light at 21C and 12 hr dark at 10C.
