• Description: Ceratodon purpureus Gene Expression Profiling. Gametophore; isolated from a single spore grown under axenic conditions. Sample originally collected in Northern Alaska, USA. Tissue grown in sterile conditions for 122 days (ample time for gametophore development) on standard BCDA media in growth chamber with 12 hr light (at 21 degrees C) and 12 hr dark (at 10 degrees C).
