• Description: The present study aimed to decipher the inheritance of pea leaf morphological traits and detect the locus linked to genes encoding leaf morphology. An F2 population was constructed from a cross between two lines with afila and tendrilless types. We constructed a high-density genetic map and QTL mapping for leaf traits using SLAF-Seq of this F2 population of pea. In addition, SLAF-BSA was conducted on the same F2 population to identify the SNP markers linked to leaf traits in pea.
