• Description: Wheat-Aegilops peregrina accession pau3519 introgression line, IL pau16058 crossed with WL711 to generate mapping population for mapping leaf rust and stripe rust resistance genes. DNA from 10 homozygous rust susceptible lines were pooled to prepare rust susceptible bulk (SB) sample. Triticeae RenSeq was performed on SB to capture Nucleotide leucine rich repeats (NLRs) in it.
