Description
Wheat-Aegilops peregrina accession pau3519 introgression line, IL pau16058 crossed with WL711 to generate mapping population for mapping leaf rust and stripe rust resistance genes. DNA from 10 homozygous rust resistant lines were pooled to prepare rust resistant bulk (RB) sample. Triticeae RenSeq was performed on RB to capture Nucleotide leucine rich repeats (NLRs) in it.
