Description
Through transcriptomic profiling, we compared differentially expressed genes between WT and pkg mutant treated with Br-cGMP, we found that PKG as primary receptor mediated cGMP signaling in rice. Overall design: Total RNA samples were extracted from 14-day-old seedlings of WT and pkg mutant treated with or without 10 μM Br-cGMP for 5 h. Each line contains three biological repetitions.
