• Description: Abrus Precatorius DNA was isolated from leaves and PacBio library was generated. PacBio RS II instrument was used to generate sequencing data. The data was assembled with FALCON assembler. Hi-C scaffolding was applied on the assembly. The final assembly was submitted for annotation to the NCBI eukaryotic annotation pipeline.
