Transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of Col seedlings growing in liquid MS culture and exposed to 1 mM H2O2 treatment Overall design: 5-day-old Col seedlings growing in 0.5 x MS were exposed to 1 mM H2O2 treatment for periods of 0, 2, 4 and 8 min. Total RNA of H2O2-treated and nontreated (H2O) seedlings were used and single-end sequenced reads were obtained from the Illumina NExtSeq platform
