• Description: Three samples of half leaves collected for the 0 d, 2 d and 30 d time point cultured on the callus initiation medium were used for RNA isolation and transcriptome profiling sequencing. The differential transcriptome profilings were studied during cytokinin induced callus initiation in Anthurium Andraeanum, which might benefit for investigation of molecular regulators in pluripotent callus formation.
