Description
The samples were respectively from three replicates of the cold-stress treatment and the control, then we obtained six cDNA libraries. 271,920 unigenes were produced from 406,641 assembled transcripts. Of these, 42,490 significantly differential expression genes (Corrected P-value <0.05) were obtained, including 20,412 up- and 23,078 down-regulated genes. Overall design: Verbena bonariensis seeds were available from Benary Manufacturer and grown in the greenhouse (16 h photoperiod, 25℃/16℃ day/night temperature). 3 months old seedlings were transferred to the following temperature treatment conditions: 4℃ for 24 h, followed by -4℃ for 4 h (wilting symptoms began to appear). Control seedlings remains unchanged. leaves mRNA profiles of the development were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq.
